• MS office suite including SharePoint, MS teams, MS planner, lists, etc.

• Strategic planning: assist in developing or refining the organization’s strategic goals and aligning them with day-to-day operations.
• Change management: develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.

• Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, podcasts, simulations, and interactive exercises to make learning more engaging.
• Tailor content for different organizational departments, roles, and regions, ensuring relevance to the unique needs of diverse teams.
• Translate or adapt learning materials for different languages or cultural contexts, if necessary.
• Ensure that training modules are scalable to accommodate varying numbers of learners and can be easily updated or expanded over time.

• Demonstrated expertise w/implementation of large-scale enterprise technologies such as sap, success factors, TMS, and other learning management systems
