The vendor is required to provide airline/ground travel reservations services being requested by the county.
- County has an airline/ground tickets program procedure in place that allows county employees, travelling on official county business, to have access to unrestricted or restricted air/ground fares through local travel agencies.  
- Arrangements are made by a county travel liaison for each department who verifies the business purpose of the travel, collects and forwards specified documents, and acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the travel agency.  
- The county would like to obtain airline/ground reservations services through a pool of business travel accounts established through the county’s state bank credit card account.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
