- The uniforms process shall be a collaborative in reducing or eliminating on-site inventory, assisting with uniform sizing, and provide uniform and uniform replacement in a timely manner.

• When any uniform shows signs of wear or damage, the employee is provided a new item in exchange.
2. Bus operators (60-84 employees)
• Shirts:
o 6 light blue oxford shirts (any combination of long or short sleeve).
o UAW patch on the left arm, agency patch on the left chest.

o Mostly cotton and poly, light blue, 4–6-ounce weight, wrinkle-resistant, adjustable button cuffs, back box pleat, double yoke, button-down collar, left chest pocket.
o Sizes: men’s neck size 14-24, ladies xs-4xl, available in short and long sleeve.
• Polo shirts:
o 2 royal blue polo shirts, agency embroidered on the left chest.
o Current brand: Unisport micro pique polos.
• Criteria:
o Mostly poly pique, royal blue, lightweight, 1 chest pocket, fade-resistant, wrinkle-resistant, 3-button placket.
o Sizes: small-5 tall xl, available in short and long sleeve.
• Pants:
o 6 navy blue slacks (pants or shorts designated by the operator).

o Current brand: ripstop crew shirts 08cs (long sleeve) and 07cs (short sleeve).
• Criteria:
o 100% cotton or mostly cotton and poly, charcoal, lightweight, tear-resistant, button-through front pockets.
o Sizes: small-6 tall xl, available in short and long sleeve.
• Pants and jeans:
o 12 pants or jeans (as designated by the mechanic).
o Current brand: wrangler relaxed-fit (jeans); SofTwill Flexwaist (pant 1138).
• Criteria:
o Jeans: 5-pocket relaxed fit, 100% cotton denim, lightweight, reinforced back pockets.
o Pants: mostly poly and cotton, navy, 7.75-ounce weight, flex fabric, flat front, two deep front pockets, 2 back pockets.
o Sizes: 28”-50” waist (jeans), 28”-56” waist (pants).
• Coveralls (substitute):
o 12 coveralls, one replaces both a shirt and pant and jean.
• Criteria:
o 100% durable cotton, navy, lightweight, side vent openings, 2 chest and 2 hip pockets, gripper front closure.
o With reflective striping: 100% cotton, 12% nylon, ATPV rating 8.6, navy, lightweight.

3. Bus handlers (8 employee)

o Sizes: small-6 xl tall.
• Hi-vis work shirts:
o 8 hi-vis work shirts, any combination of long or short sleeve, designated by the fueler.

o 2 navy blue and hi-vis work jackets, agency patch on left chest.
