The vendor is required to provide application, hardware, implementation services, and maintenance and support for a SaaS web-based fleet management solution to include at a minimum: a fleet maintenance management system, an automated fuel management system, a motor pool vehicle reservation system, a lifecycle and replacement system, and a global positioning system (GPS).
- Fleet focus m5 asset management software is the current fleet asset inventory and work order management system.
- Capital asset module (cam) is the life cycle and replacing planning system currently being used, and provides a cradle to grave (acquisition to disposal) lifecycle analysis.
- This system receives data from the fleet management system and uses that data based on year/month in the life a vehicle to build life cycle models.
- The system has replacement parameters by category that can be set based on age, maintenance cost, and usage.
- The system allows for users to make reservation at any of our 26 unmanned motor pool location by rental class.

- An asset lifecycle and replacement SaaS program used to manage the lifecycle and replacement of major equipment, tied into the fleet maintenance management system
