The Vendor is required to provide video production services.
- Develop a compelling script that showcases the program in a succinct manner, that is both informative and engaging (scripts can come from soundbites captured in interviews)
- Craft a storyboard that has consistent theme and visuals, effectively conveying the narrative flow
- Prepare video participants for the shoot
- Coordinate with participants to determine logistics (i.e. day, time, location) of the shoot
- Ten hours of pre-production tasks that include coordination, communication, consulting, research scheduling, logistics, and interview preparation
- Shoot the video, including any necessary lighting set up and gathering any B roll to add context, visual messaging, and smooth transitions
- Two-day production shoot that includes crew and gear rental (7 interviews, B roll, multiple locations, on-camera direction and coaching)
- Edit the video, including addition of any visuals, voiceovers and music
- Post-production tasks that include scripting, stock footage, copyright-free music, graphics, and editing.
- First draft of video made available via private link for review
- Edited video per client notes and feedback
- 15 minute video with script writing, editing, stock footage, copyright free music, and graphics included
- Video must be in a format that is accessible and compatible across most platforms (computer and web-friendly HD format)
