The vendor is required to provide that video surveillance contractor services for on an as-needed basis.
- As well as associated cabling, hardware, and pathways, to include but not be limited to cameras, digital video recorders, network video recorders, VMS software, client software, cabling, equipment racks, conduits, cable support devices, fire-stopping, surge protection, and grounding/bonding systems.
- Labor provided by the contractor shall be billed according to the hourly rates bid for labor.
- Include full compensation for labor, equipment uses, travel time, and any other costs to the contractor.
- Provided in project documents, the contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and any other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the project whether temporary or permanent, and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the project.
- All times keep the adjacent areas of the property free from rubbish and the accumulation of any waste materials
- All waste materials and rubbish from and about the job site, as well as all tools, equipment, machinery, surplus supplies, and materials, leaving the job site in a clean, ready to use condition.
- All waste materials associated with these services shall be handled in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide the appropriate certifications and records that verify an accredited hazardous material disposal company disposed of the materials.
- Qualified individuals, properly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment, to make inspections, adjustments, and repairs
- The personnel shall be competent, properly licensed, experienced, courteous, neatly dressed and skilled in the services provided by the contractor.
- To comply with security requirements and any security violations may be considered a breach of the resulting agreement and grounds for termination.
- THE right to request any additional investigative background information including, but not limited to, the employment record, right-to-know records, training records, payroll records, position for which hired including site location of any personnel assigned to perform the services
- The contractor shall furnish, in writing, such information to the extent allowed by law, prior to commencement of services.
- The police department and the completion of a computer voice stress analyzer (CVSA) administered by the police department
- Tests, inspections, and approvals of portions of work:
• All tests, inspections, and approvals of portions of the work required by the contract documents or any applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, or orders of public authorities having jurisdiction the contractor at an appropriate time.
• Responsible for making arrangements for such tests, requesting inspections and approvals with the city's building department and/or an independent testing laboratory acceptable to the owner, or with the appropriate public authority
• The design professional timely prior notice of the date, time and place of the test or inspections to be made so that the design professional may be in attendance.
