The vendor is required to provide a virtual reality law enforcement training system capable of meeting the performance specifications outlined in this document.
- All assembly and incidental fabrication for parts shall be included under this contract to deliver the virtual reality law enforcement training system in fully functional condition.

• Equipment must be furnished, configured and delivered.
• Bidders who propose to furnish any “equal” products in response to rfb-ta-25-06 will include with their bid all pertinent technical information and technical specifications necessary for demonstrating the products’ ability to meet the same form and function as those specified.
• If bidding an “or equal”, detailed specification sheets will accompany each bid submission.
• Final approval of all “or equal” items will be determined by the town of police department.
