The Vendor is required to provide that voice over internet protocol phone system for internal communication and operational efficiency within the agency organization
- System must include the following:
•Call forwarding: Automatically forward calls to other extensions or external numbers.
•Messaging: Voicemail, email, and instant messaging integration.
•Call Park: Temporarily Park calls for retrieval by authorized phones.
•Conference calling: Multi party calling with participant management and recording.
•Auto-attendant: Automated receptionist to greet and route callers.
•Intercom/paging: Internal communication and announcement capabilities.
•High reliability, scalability, and robust security features to ensure system availability and data protection.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
