The vendor is required to provide wayfinding signage services for all manufacturing, mobilization, supervision, labor, materials, machinery and equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary for completed work as described herein and all associated attachments.
- Mobilization/demonization
• Includes all activities associated with mobilizing to conduct the work including the transportation of all equipment and materials required to perform the work as specified to the project site and final transporting (removal) of all equipment and materials from the project site upon final inspection and acceptance of the project by the county.
- Execution of work:
• Prior to initiating any work, the contractor shall contact the county’s project manager to discuss all parameters related to the requirements and responsibilities under the contract. all work shall be completed prior to September 15, 2025.
• Typical work hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday or other times as agreed to by the county.
• Work schedule will be discussed prior to initiation of work.
- Location of work
• Wayfinding signage will be installed at locations specified in accordance with the fall line trail wayfinding plan.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
