The vendor is required to provide for workplace investigations services.
- Gather supporting information, interview relevant witnesses, perform applicable analysis and prepare comprehensive, fact-finding reports
- Investigations to be performed include, but are not limited to, allegations pertaining to:
• Discrimination, harassment or retaliation, including whistleblower retaliation;
• Misconduct involving possibly complex interpersonal or organizational parties, relationships, procedures, etc.
• Violations of the Workplace Violence Policy;
• Worker’s Compensation Fraud;
• Unauthorized access to information, property or resources;
• Misuse of government information, property or resources;
• Drug and/or alcohol related misconduct; or
• Other matters requiring surveillance.
- Provide the following information regarding the investigation:
• Assignment Information.
• Applicable Administrative Rules.
• Applicable City Policies.
• Applicable Employee Standards.
• Applicable Bargaining unit’s union contract.
• Other performance standards relevant to the investigation.
- Complete all work in accordance with industry and legal standards for workplace investigation services.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
