The vendor is required to provide professional pre-employment background investigation firm to conduct on-demand and timely background checks prior to employment offers for county executives working in at-will positions.
• Id verification – social security number, name, aliases, citizenship, address history, and date of birth 
• Civil proceedings background checks, including current and previous counties of residence, state and federal records 
• Verification of all degrees 
• Verification of previous employment 
• Moto vehicle history and driving record 
• Criminal records from county, state and federal courts 
• Civil records from current and past three counties of residence, and federal court 
• Unpaid county/state/federal tax liens (filed in county of residence or domicile) 
• Bankruptcies 
• Corporate relationships as known officer, partner, or executive 
• News coverage and press releases. including newspaper articles, radio, and television stories 
• Social media search.
