Roof Investigation Continuing Services

The vendor is required to provide investigation services for various projects throughout the district, on an as-needed basis.
- Services shall consist of all services necessary to investigate roofs for problems that relate to, but are not limited to, materials, workmanship, age, warranty, and deterioration.
- Roof investigation services will be determined based upon specific requirements of the project as determined by the school board representatives and designated architect that are involved with the project.
