Criminal Background Investigations and Drug Testing Services

The vendor required to provide criminal background investigations and drug testing services in accordance with the standards set forth in this document.
- Testing facility
•    Perform drug testing for all newly enrolled students and late registered students in programs that require drug testing at vendor facility.
- Supplies
•    Provide all supplies required for testing, including all sampling devices, cups, devices and forms.
- Type of testing required, integrity checks
•    the required test is referred to as a 10-panel drug screen (urine toxicology), or sap 10-50/2000 w/nit. 
•    Each test shall have a built-in integrity check.
•    Each prospective vendor shall define, with their bid, their medical review of the specimens including what chain of custody exists from time of collection, through test results.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
