Global Pre-Employment Background Screening Services

The Vendor is required to provide global pre-employment background screening firms an opportunity to present their qualifications, experience, and conceptual approach to providing the services in relation to the needs of agency.
- Capability to conduct pre-employment background screenings for candidates located both within and outside the country, in compliance with all applicable international, national, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Services shall be provided on an on-call, as-needed basis for candidates under consideration for employment.
- The ability to navigate jurisdictional differences and ensure that all screening activities comply with applicable local laws and data privacy requirements.
- Utilize legally compliant alternative screening methods (e.g., conduct searches, media searches, or other appropriate public record reviews) and clearly identify any limitations in scope or availability in the screening results and any resulting differences from standard screening components.
