The Vendor is required to provide employee relations investigative services on an as needed basis.
- Services include, but are not limited to, conducting or assisting with investigations regarding grievances and/or employee misconduct, alleged discrimination, retaliation or violations/non-compliance with Office policies and procedures and applicable federal and state laws.
- Administrative Investigations
• Conduct or assist with administrative investigations regarding employee misconduct, alleged discrimination, grievances, retaliation or violations/non-compliance with agency policies and procedures and/or violations of any applicable criminal laws.
• Conduct or assist with grievance investigations.
• Conduct or assist with interviews investigating allegations of misconduct with all required parties including, but not limited to, witnesses, complainants, victims, and principles.
• Produce written, recorded, and/or paraphrased summaries of interviews.
• Gather documents and records relevant to criminal and/or administrative investigations including, but not limited to, personnel files, dispositions of similar complaints, emails, memos, organizational charts, employee lists or rosters, phone or equipment records, billing or payroll records, photos, witness notes, letters, training records, computer hard drives, budget or financial records, and employee work products.
• Organize and index documents.
• Document findings.
• Prepare reports.
• Provide expert witness testimony if required.
