The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive pre-employment physical screening examinations and related administrative services.
- The components identified for these services include, but are not limited to:
• Evaluation and job analysis necessary to provide entry medical standards
• Preparation of Job Profiles and Medical Examination Profiles
• Make recommendations for modifications necessary to ensure the legal defensibility and efficiency of each preplacement medical examination process
• Identification of external medical providers, as needed
• Assistance with appeals and accommodations from a medical professional
• Pre-employment medical testing that may include the following exam components for approximately 45-50 job classifications:
• General Physical
• Audiometry Testing (Headset)
• Audiometry Testing (OSHA Sound Booth)
• PPD (TB) Test
• Chest X-Ray (PA)
• Chest X-Ray (PA & LAT)
• Pulmonary Function Test
• Electrocardiogram
• Treadmill Stress Test
• Hardy Rand Rittler Test
• Venipuncture
• Glucose
• Glucose & Complete Blood Count
• Chemistry Panel & Complete Blood Count
• Chemistry Panel
• QuantiFERON
• Hepatitis B & C
• Urinalysis
• Urinalysis Collection
• Drug Screen
• Drug Screen Collection
• Marijuana (THC) Oral Fluid Drug Screen
• Exam Review
