Pre Employment Evaluations Services

The Vendor is required to provide psychological services for the department.
- These Services include review of the MMPI-2-RF (or subsequent versions of the MMPI) testing results followed by psychological interview/assessment.
- These services shall also include fitness for duty psychological interview/assessment, psychological screening examination oversight services to provide oversight, expertise and guidance in the administration of the screening protocol for post-conditional-offer, pre-employment psychological screening process.
- The current volume of applicants in this category is approximately 27 per month.
- The risk assessment conducted during the fitness for duty evaluation shall identify specific mental characteristics which could cause risk or harm to the employee or others.
