Background Investigation Reporting Services

The Vendor is required to provide background investigation reporting services to facilitate random and organization-wide or enterprise-wide audits or data reviews.
- Opportunity home may also require the following additional reports:
• Education verification/professional certification verification
• Credit reports (comprehensive to include all 3 reporting agencies)
• Social security number verification
• Rental history (to include termination and outstanding debt)
• Employment reference verification
• Workers’ compensation search
• Department of motor vehicles records
• Social media/media search: compliant screening in accordance with all applicable laws and guidelines.

• The reports in the media requested by opportunity home and shall be available in the following forms: electronic (direct download from vendor’s website).
