Background Investigation Services

The Vendor is required to provide background investigation services for potential medical examiner (me) sworn and non-sworn employees during the pre-hire phase.
- Requirement:
• Complete all post-related background checks applicable to the position.
• Conduct structured interviews using post-aligned questioning techniques.
• Document findings and compile a comprehensive background investigation binder containing all required forms, source documentation, and narratives necessary to meet state post requirements and department standards.
• Identify and document discrepancies, adverse information, or areas requiring clarification.
• Provide timely updates to the department regarding investigative progress, delays, or concerns.
• Ensure all investigative activities are conducted ethically, professionally, and in compliance with post and department policies.
