Pre-Employment Background Investigation Services

The Vendor is required to provide pre-employment background investigation services for include:
• Consultant shall perform a thorough and comprehensive background investigation on each individual identified by the city, which shall include, but not limited to:
• Driving history review
• Criminal history check
• Social media review
• Civil litigation check
• Verify required license(s) and certification(s)
• Consultant shall provide/refer polygraph examinations as part of the background process
• Polygraph examinations are to be completed by certified examiners with a minimum of five years of experience in the field
• Final report outlining the specifics of the polygraph examination.
