Comprehensive background screening services, including identity verification / Social Security number (SSN) trace, criminal history checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) checks with SambaSafety Reports, including Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) verification when applicable, employment verification, and education verification.
- Objective:
• Conduct comprehensive, accurate, and legally compliant background screenings for applicable candidates.
• Consistently meet established turnaround times and service levels with appropriate follow-up, escalation, and communication when delays occur.
• Maintain effective quality assurance, candidate outreach, and case management processes to support complete and accurate screening results.
• Provide secure, user-friendly technology that supports system integration, efficient data exchange, and streamlined workflows for HR staff and hiring managers.
• Provide timely reporting, responsive account management, and performance monitoring to support service quality and accountability
