The Vendor is required to provide a one (1) year subscription for a social media platform.
- The social listening and analytics tool would enable agency to spot potential risks or issues within regional transit, facilitating a more proactive monitoring approach to customer service.
- The social medial management platform must be able to allow staff to pre-schedule posts, plan strategy, engage customers, and track insights and metrics for monitoring agency social media through one software across all platforms.
- This software will assists staff with executing the agencies.
- Technical Requirements:
• Unified Content Monitoring – The platform needs to have the capability to seamlessly monitor and aggregate content from multiple social media networks through a single dashboard ensuring a broad-spectrum analysis. The social media networks of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Redditt and X must be included at a minimum.
• Advanced Analytics Dashboard – The service needs to provide a highly customizable dashboard that showcases detailed data analytics. This includes visual representation of trends, counts of mentions, sentiment analysis, identification of trending topics (e.g., using word clouds), most popular hashtags, frequently shared URLs, and leading content creators by metrics such as reach, mentions, and followers. Essential customization options must, at minimum, allow users to adjust date ranges, filter by language, select sources, track social media/marketing campaigns, and identify trending topics, granting the flexibility to tailor the dashboard to our specific analytical needs.
• Search Functionality with Support – The platform must have functionality for creating both saved queries and ad hoc queries. The tool should allow for a minimum of 200 saved queries and additional ad hoc queries, as needed. The vendor should indicate the number of saved and ad hoc queries permitted within the tool in their response. Crucially, vendor support should be available to assist in setting up these saved searches, including guidance on constructing Boolean search strings.
• AI-Powered Summaries – Employ AI technology to generate concise summaries or in- depth insights based on the aggregated content from social media posts, applicable to both preset and ad hoc searches. This feature aims to distill valuable information from large volumes of data efficiently and may be included in the analytics dashboard or available as a separate module/feature. The summaries may be in a bullet point or executive summary-style format.
