The Vendor is required to provide to identify and procure a SaaS tool for the purposes of social media publishing, community management, user-generated content (UGC) curation, reporting and listening.
- Provide to work with an agile, innovative social media management system leader, who understands the changing environment of tourism marketing and is capable of providing a nimble solution, and consistent and reliable support.
- The Services will include the following:
• An implementation approach, plan and schedule including:
• Basic system set-up, dashboards and testing; and
• Refinement of the system to finalize and incorporate refinements and learning from testing;
• Technical integration with other agency business platforms;
• Professionalservices during implementation; and
• Post-implementation and ongoing support, maintenance and training.
- Must support the following required social media platforms:
• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, SnapChat, Weibo, and WeChat integrations.
- Promoting the development and growth of the tourism industry in state to increase revenue and employment in, and the economic benefits generated by, the industry, including, without limitation, by:
• Providing support for regional, sectorial and community tourism marketing;
• Providing industry leadership in tourism marketing;
• Promoting training and development related to tourism marketing;
• Providing support for Visitor Centres; and
• Conducting tourism-related market research;
- Providing advice and recommendations on tourism-related matters.
- The social media management tool should be flexible enough to integrate with other platforms, and to provide the technology and support to harness new technological advances.
- The tool uses workflow to electronically route tasks, including its ability to set permission levels by individual user and team, assign conversations and tasks, and track the approvals process.
- Ability to connect and automatically call to refresh daily metrics via an open API.
- Social media management tool’s ability to report on sponsored content through partnerships.
