The Vendor is required to provide social media marketing outreach to previously admitted and stopped out students using a behavioral science approach that delivers intentional content based on prior engagement behavior.
- Services provided by the contracted partner will include, but are not limited to
• Receiving information about students identified by uw-stout polytechnic.
• Identifying social media profile information for those students.
• Developing action-oriented, relevant messaging for a variety of student populations (i.e., stop outs, admitted not registered, continuing students, perspective students, alumni, etc.).
• Developing and executing individualized outreach strategies designed to achieve specific engagement and enrollment objectives.
• Monitoring each individual student’s progression toward identified goals and adapting outreach strategies based on engagement and response behaviors.
• Providing campaign oversight, performance evaluation and reporting to uw-stout polytechnic project managers.
