The Vendor is required to provide social media content creator with photography, video, and writing experience to highlight the work of the city.
- Short-form video (reels)
• Approximately one (1) finished short-form video per month, with seasonal flexibility.
• The department anticipates a higher concentration of video production during the active season (May through October) and a lighter cadence in the off-season.
• Total target: ten (10) to twelve (12) finished short-form videos over the contract year.
- Photo carousels
• Approximately one (1) object-driven or interpretive photo carousel per month, year-round.
• Carousels should feature trees, stones, flora, fauna, park features, playgrounds, design elements, or other interpretive subjects.
• Total target: ten (10) to twelve (12) finished carousels over the contract year.
- Event coverage
• Photo and video coverage of two (2) to three (3) designated parks department events, ribbon cuttings, or programs over the contract year, to be scheduled in coordination with the department.
• Hours dedicated to event coverage are counted within the monthly hourly allocation and may produce content that fulfills part of the video or carousel deliverable counts.
- Short-form interpretive caption copy for all delivered content.
- Raw and edited content files delivered in high-resolution, uncompressed format and fully editable for repurposing by the department.
- Compressed, social-media-ready versions of all final content.

• Be free from copyright infringement.
• Include closed captions for all video content.
• Include ADA-compliant alternative text recommendations where applicable.
• Be professionally edited.
• Be suitable for publication by a municipal government.
