The Vendor is required to provide social media marketing and content creation services for include:
• Strategy development: formulate an annual social media strategy targeting key demographics.
• Posting frequency: the selected agency must deliver 18 high-quality posts per month across our primary channels.
• This content mix should be balanced strategically between short-form video (reels/tiktoks), high-end photography, carousel posts, and engaging captions.
• Mandatory travel: to ensure authentic, timely, and hyper-local content, the selected agency is required to travel to county at least once per month for on-site content collection, asset capturing (photography/videography), and face-to-face collaboration with local tourism partners.
• Monthly content calendar: maintain a structured, pre-approved monthly calendar aligning with seasonal pushes.
• Community management: monitor channels daily, respond to visitor inquiries, engage with local business tags, and foster community growth.
• Paid social advertising: design, execute, and optimize hyper-targeted paid campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
• Analytics and reporting: provide monthly reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, click-through, video view metrics.
