Vendors to provide services for the implementation of university Two-Year Strategic Roadmap for AI Search.
- AI-driven platforms, including but not limited to:
• Large language models
• AI search agents
• Generative search experiences
• Third-party education platforms and aggregators
- Marketing: Institutional Research and Strategy
• Conduct AI prompt research and help MarComm’s internal team configure its instance of Scrunch to establish university baseline AI search visibility.
• Conduct institutional SEO keyword research.
• Develop and provide page-level keyword maps for eight priority institutional pages.
• Develop and provide topic strategies for the first 18 institutional articles identified in the roadmap.
• Audit and optimize university existing YouTube library.
• Audit university presence across higher education directories and recommend opportunities to strengthen UWM's visibility.
- Marketing: Staff Training and Knowledge Transfer
• Provide a minimum of fifteen (15) hours of training for MarComm staff on the following topics, with training sessions broken down into one- to two-hour increments:
o Conducting AI prompt research.
o Using Scrunch to monitor university visibility in AI-assisted search.
o Conducting SEO keyword research and developing page-level keyword maps.
o Writing for SEO/AEO.
o Optimizing university YouTube library and providing a checklist or similar documentation for ongoing optimization.
o Monitoring university presence across higher education directories and providing a checklist or similar documentation for ongoing monitoring.
