Microfilm Imaging Services

The vendor is required to provide for microfilm imaging services for permanent and long-term public records.
- Images generally include, but are not limited to, deeds, mortgages, plats, liens, and marriage licenses.
- Images include but are not limited to deeds, mortgages, plats, and liens as well as marriage licenses, election results, and board records.
- Deliver images in tagged image file format (TIFF) or portable document format (PDF) using file transfer protocol (FTP).
- Provide duplicate silver and diazo microfilm and services related to the film’s creation.
- Create film that meets or exceeds institute standards for microfilm creation.
- Microfilm rolls must hold up to 4,000 images.
- Provide microfilm that is free from defects including but not limited to chemical residue, emulsion, fingerprints, spotting, tape, staples, and images that are too dark, skewed, blurred or obstructed.
