Microfilm Scanning and Digitization Services

The vendor is required to provide microfilm scanning and digitization services for include:
•    This service is required to scan, digitize, and index 16mm microfilm, 100ft on approximately 334 rolls at 2,000 images per roll.
•    Images are to be digitized, indexed, cleaned up, verified, and exported via ftp site.
•    Each image on the microfilm roll will need to be digitized, cleaned up to give the best image, verified for quality, indexed specifically with last name, first name, middle name, and case number.
•    The images are to be exported to the probate court via ftp site.
