Controls and Digitalization Support Services

The vendor required to provide controls and digitalization support services for include:
•    Project controls reviews and assurance
o    Perform peer and project reviews.
•    Cost estimating
o    Perform cost estimate validation and peer reviews.
•    Planning and scheduling
o    Provide expertise in setting up of planning and scheduling processes and templates on major projects to ensure integration with other project controls disciplines, including detailed schedule delay analysis to support major project re-baselines.
•    Cost control
o    Provide expertise in setting up cost control processes and templates on major projects to ensure integration with other project controls disciplines, including detailed cost impact analysis to support major projects re-baselines.
•    Risk management
o    Perform risk management activities during the project life cycle.
o    Perform integrated cost and schedule quantitative risk analysis for major projects, including risk modeling for risks and opportunities, and integrated project schedule.
•    Document and information management
o    Provide expertise in developing the project information management strategy, including implementation planning, delivery, management and support to ensure project and customer requirements are met.
o    Perform document management activities during the project life cycle to ensure effective communication of accurate data, documents and information.
•    Digitalization
o    Support project delivery’s integrated digitalization strategy for major projects to enable data driven decision-making. this includes the implementation and integration of 
o    project management information systems, Power-BI, primavera p6, acumen risk, and other systems.
•    General project controls team support
o    Provide temporary or term specialized project controls resources on major projects.
