The vendor required to provide digitization services for assistance in digitizing paper records to electronic files for multiple departments.
- We estimate approximately 100 cubic boxes (10 x 12 x 15”) of documents to be digitized initially.
- These quantities are our best estimates and subject to change, should additional departments request digitization services.
- Requirement:
• Provide a copy of their disaster recovery plan and address liability issues. - provide bid prices for all those items listed.
• If digitization will be performed offsite, list and explain any limitations, stipulations, or special provisions for temporary storage of records at your facility and any charges that may arise as a result.
