The vendor required to provide scanning project services that for fac126 records management, digitization, and archiving services.
- Transportation delivery and pick-up services: 
•    Is on-site scanning available
- Digitization services
•    ~100 boxes of parole files -predominantly 8.5x11.
•    Light prep ~25% of content is staples and clipped. 
- Special requirements:  
•    Due to sensitivity of files, we are seeking a vendor who can complete the scanning on site at our office.
