The vendor is required to provide digitization services of hard copies of university planning, design, and construction record documents, including plans, specifications, shop drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals.
- Paper copies of large-format drawings, standard 8.5x11 files, boxed documents, and microfilm data are stored in the basement of the General Services Building.
- The ultimate goal is to eliminate the need for physical document storage by creating a comprehensive server-based file system. This system will consolidate all digitized records into a centralized, searchable structure, ensuring long-term accessibility and efficient management.

• 500 boxes - Document Scanning (Per Box)
• Includes approx. 200 prepacked boxes, and approx. 300 boxes to be packed
• 35,000 images - Oversized Image Scanning (Blueprints & Drawings) For documents in excess of 11x17

• 31,500 jackets - Microfiche Document Scanning (Per Jacket)
• 2,000 hours - Document Classification (Per Hour)
• 50 rolls - Microfilm Document Scanning (Per Roll)
