Map Digitization Services

The Vendor is required to provide the digitization of fifty-seven (57) assessor’s plan book consisting of Mylar maps (18” x 24”) and one (1) larger set of maps (24” x 36”). 
- Great care must be placed on the handling of these maps as these documents, in many cases, are well over 100 years old and must be maintained by the city in perpetuity.
- Total number of sheets is approximately 2,144
- Vendor to return all maps upon completion, as well as digital copies of 58 map books in portable document format (.pdf file extension). 
- Digitized copies must be oriented as per the original map book. 
- Return all .pdf files in both a digital format (email or download link) as well as on five (5) USB thumb drives.
- Image requirements:
•    600 dpi resolution or greater
•    Pdf format
•    Full color
•    Naming conventions as specified.
