Photo Documentation Services

The Vendor is required to provide photo documentation services to obtain 3d laser scanning services and scan registration.
- The area to be scanned includes the central courts 9th floor – post demolition, estimated at approximately 19,378 sf. interior only.
- Requirement:
1. 3d laser scanning and scan registration
• Perform 3d laser scanning operations.
• The area to be scanned includes the 9th floor – post demo, estimated at approximately 19,378 sf. interior only.
2. 3d laser scan web viewer
• Documentation software (MDS), 3d laser scan data, and full-color 360° panoramic imagery can be viewed, measured, and shared.
• The captured point cloud data is made available through customer-administered access to an unlimited number of users.
3. Registered 3d point cloud
• Deliver a fully registered 3d point cloud.
• Delivered in industry standard formats LGS, e57 and RCP ready to use in most 3d software packages
4. Revit model
• Autodesk Revit model created from the point cloud in accordance with the AIA level of development (LOD) – LOD 300
• Models will be delivered in industry-standard formats, IFC and RVT
• Element types potentially included in model: (if visible in structure) architectural base: walls, curtain wall, floors, ceilings, roof, doors, windows, skylights, horizontal
• Openings, stairs, ramps, escalators, elevators, hand and guard rails, common plumbing fixtures.
