The Vendor is required to provide microfilm scanners, related components, optional maintenance agreements, and extended warranty coverage in accordance.
- Requested Product(s):
• Two (2) microfilm scanners meeting or exceeding the minimum specifications identified in this bid.
• Related components, accessories, software, cables, and materials necessary for operation of the equipment.
• Delivery, installation, setup, and basic operations training.
• Optional extended warranty coverage.
• Optional maintenance and support services.
- Specifications
• The microfilm scanner shall support viewing, scanning, printing, and digital image export capabilities.
• The microfilm scanner shall support 16mm and 35mm roll film and microfiche formats.
• The microfilm scanner supports positive and negative film formats.
• The microfilm scanner shall provide a minimum optical resolution of 300 DPI or greater.
• The microfilm scanner shall provide image rotation, zoom, pan, and image enhancement features, including automatic brightness adjustment, cropping, and image correction.
• The microfilm scanner shall support digital image export in TIFF, PDF, and JPEG formats.
• The microfilm scanner shall support OCT capability for searchable document output.
• The system shall support efficient scanning operations, including the ability to scan multiple images and frames in sequence.
• The microfilm scanner shall include scanning software and all licenses necessary for operation.
• The microfilm scanner shall include a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and all cables necessary for operation.
• The microfilm scanner shall support USB and/or network file export capability.
• The microfilm scanner shall operate in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Equipment provided shall be new equipment only. Refurbished, Remanufactured, or pre-market equipment will not be accepted.
• All equipment shall include the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
