Onsite Scanning Services

The Vendor is required to provide onsite scanning services for include:
• Onsite bi-monthly scanning service of 7,000-8,000 marriage and 3000-5,000 divorce certificates.
• Requires that the scanning solution be a turnkey onsite solution.
• Provide staff, hardware and software to complete the scanning project.
- Scheduling onsite services
• Verify time and date they will arrive to perform scanning service.
• Reasonable workstation(s) for up to two (2) vendor personnel (power, tables, chairs, etc.).
- Scanning
• All tasks associated with scanning and indexing certificates.
• Perform 100% quality check.
• “Double key” indexing of the certificate number to ensure accuracy.
