- Requirement:
• Boxes of content to be moved off-site for scanning. Contractor shall pick up and take delivery of the files using and insured courier or employees and vehicle of the contractor.
• Bitonal scanning of all documents. Proposals must include differences between 200 dpi (black & white) and 300 dpi (black & white).
• Perform indexing of scanned images.
• Provide access to material being scanned while it is outside of the facility upon request.
- Digital file organization
• Organize scanned documents into logical electronic files that correspond to the physical records provided by the office.
• Individual pdf files shall be limited to a reasonable number of pages and file size to facilitate efficient storage, retrieval, viewing, and import into the county's document management systems.
• Large consolidated pdf files containing hundreds or thousands of unrelated pages are not acceptable.
