Lockbox Data Entry Services

Lockbox Data Entry Services:
• Receive up to three (3) electronic files from the DNR Central Office per week
• Return electronic files of keyed files at least two (2) times per week
o Transmitted via email or the State FTP (secured file share site)
• Method of retrieval and return is at the bidder’s discretion
o Method must be considered industry-wide to be safe and secure against the disclosure of information in the transported documents
• Files must be returned promptly after data entry is complete, within 1 business day
o Approximately 1,000 lines of 15 to 30 fields are included in each file.
o Files include but are not limited to lockbox information from State Park fees.
• Format:
o For data entry, the Contractor shall provide data in Excel file, commaseparated values (CSV) file, and 8-bit American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) file.
o There are samples of the documents that require data entry attached to the original bid solicitation. A file layout for each will be necessary.
• Media: Contractor shall provide data on any reasonable media requested by the DNR. As a minimum requirement, contractor must be able to provide data on the following media:
o DVD-ROM: Shall meet all industry standards
o CD-ROM: Shall meet all industry standards
o Secured FTP
o Flash drive
