II. Perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on all scanned images to create fully searchable PDF files.
III. Assemble each patient's complete medical record into a single multi-page PDF file rather than creating individual files for each scanned image or frame.
IV. Index records, at a minimum, using:
a. Patient Last Name
b. Patient First Name
c. Date of Birth
d. Patient Number (when available)
