- Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for platforms including X, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create and schedule regular, engaging content tailored to each platform, reflecting the Wastewater
Division’s brand and values.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, providing monthly reports on engagement, growth, and effectiveness of different content types.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a positive community environment.
- Website Management:
• Ensure the Division’s website is regularly updated with current information, news, events, and resources.
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve visibility and user engagement.
• Perform regular website audits to ensure functionality, accuracy, and relevance of information.
- Event Participation:
• Attend Division and related community events as required, representing the organization and its interests.
• Capture event highlights through photos and videos for use in social media posts and other marketing materials.
• Network with participants and stakeholders, gathering insights and feedback to inform future marketing and communication strategies.
- Print and Digital Material Development:
• Design and produce a range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters, ensuring consistency with County’s brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the distribution of print materials to relevant audiences and locations.
• Develop and distribute a regular digital newsletter, highlighting recent activities, upcoming events, and important updates.
- Collaboration with Key Stakeholders:
• Work closely with the County Department to align messaging and leverage shared communication opportunities.
• Participate in regular meetings and coordination efforts to ensure a unified approach to public communications.
• Assist in the development of joint campaigns or initiatives that benefit the Division and its partners.
