The vendor is required to provide to enterprise social media and website archiving system, and providing testing, training and documentation to city users.
- The system shall perform the following functions:
- Archive all content for the following social media platforms in real or near-real time:
1. Facebook
2. Instagram
3. LinkedIn
4. Twitter/X
5. YouTube
6. Next-door
7. Any new platforms on which the city may choose to create accounts (to the extent possible)
- All content referenced above includes, but is not limited to:
1. Comments (from the city and others)
3. Likes and reactions (from the city and others)
4. Responses (from the city and others)
5. Direct messages (from the city and others)
6. Live broadcasts
7. Ephemeral content (such as Instagram Stories)
8. Metadata (user ID when available, timestamps and information not displayed on the social media account or webpage)
9. Retroactive content (except in cases where it has been deleted prior to implementation of the archiving service)
10. Content that has been deleted, hidden or edited, even if that content has been edited years after posting, from the date of product initiation (from the County and others)
• Real or near-real time referenced above involves using the platforms application program interface (API) or other suitable web service to capture indexed, searchable content immediately or within an hour of posting.
• This archiving should be set up within 30 days of contract execution.
- provide an integration plan to incorporate the enterprise social media archiving service with the City's social media accounts.
- Validate the complete and successful implementation of the enterprise social media archiving service.
- Provide recommendations on configuring and administrating the enterprise social media and website archiving service to meet the City's needs.
- Provide an Account Manager with expertise in implementing City-to-customer email communication to assist with setup, ongoing support and administrative functionality training for all administrative users.
- Provide professional IT resources with the necessary skills and experience to complete the implementation of the enterprise social media archiving service.
- Provide recommendations on configuring and administrating the enterprise social media and website archiving service to meet the City's needs.
- Provide the ability to create custom tags for social media and website records in order to notate, aggregate and easily search for records, including the ability to search tagged records that have been deleted, edited and hidden.
- Provide a mechanism to search by date, person, keyword, content type, date range, platform, and customized tags and hidden, edited or deleted content tags.
- Provide advanced analytics and reporting, including access to online reporting data visualization, and other information designed to help the City optimize digital engagement.
