The vendor is required to provide and implement a well-established social media management solution design to meet the needs, performance, processes/procedures, business practices, security requirements and reporting requirements for a creative/marketing/communications department.
- The system will be managed by division of marketing & communications (marcom) and distributed amongst other colleges and departments within university.
- The system must contain the components that meet the needs of the marcom departmental policies, directives, and standards.

• Includes a community management tool for workflow efficiencies.
• Analytics to include:
1. Content intelligence so we can integrate our content feeds and get a better understanding of content performance.
2. Audience analysis so we can understand who our audience is and develop personas.
3. Paid and organic cross-channel performance for analysis and benchmarking.
4. Integration with additional data visualization analytics platforms for streamlined reporting across all marcom services.
• As a client, to be provided web access to the system that is fully responsive on all devices to enhance our clients’ experience.
• Provide a flexible system that is easily distributed with various roles throughout the campus community.
• The roles need to be inclusive of a reasonable number of admin users as well as other user types that allow for us sharing/limited access/view only access.
• Automate customizable manual tasks/notifications to lessen strain on subject matter experts, highly skilled workers and management.
• Implement/convert existing project management systems data/content to new system.
