The Vendor is required to provide for social media campaign services.
- A county podcast advertising agency must be contracted to produce, implement, host, and broadcast pre-recorded social media (i.e. Facebook, YouTube) program episodes in a studio setting regarding agency issues & mental health challenges this community has been facing.
- This social campaign will consist of twenty-five (25) agency approved mental health podcast programs.
- The episodes will be published on a pre-dedicated Facebook page and posted on YouTube and can be in English and county languages.
- The podcasts will also help county community members overcome stigma and biases against the agency community by utilizing video-based content with culturally appropriate messages.
- Create a draft schedule for production of 25 podcasts
- The post-then-pre questionnaire must utilize a Likert scale and include at least one (1) open-ended question to capture qualitative feedback.
- All translated materials must be reviewed and vetted by an individual fluent in the respective language to ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Promotion or marketing/advertisement of the project shall be conducted in person, via broadcast media, and/or social media by using flyers, posters, brochures, handouts, etc.
- Solely liable and responsible for any and all social media posts.
- The podcast agency will be responsible for assuring appropriate tracking methods are utilized for measuring the efficacy, reach, engagement, and other impact metrics of the videos – for all the platforms or distribution channels utilized.
- The podcast agency shall provide agency with a weekly schedule of the posting and airing in advance.
- Provide the presenters the English version of the mental health topics & the podcast agency can add mental health topics as needed.
- Must assign a unique identifier code to each participant that is recruited to support anonymous tracking across project activities.
- A local podcast advertising agency must be contracted to produce, implement, host, and broadcast twenty-five (25) regarding agency issues and mental health challenges this community has been facing by interviewing agency community members and activists, community leaders, mental health & health professionals, etc.
- The implementation of the campaign must take place for a period of 6 months.
- The podcasts will be done in a digital format for downloading or streaming.
- Each podcast episode will be in audio and video to make it accessible to community members in the privacy of their homes and listened to or watched at the user's pace & convenience
- Provide any accommodations requested by participants including, but not limited to: handicap accessibility at facilities, interpretation and/or translation services, etc.
- All translated materials must be reviewed and vetted by an individual fluent in the respective language to ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
