Social Media Archiving Services

The vendor is required to provide social media archiving services to support public records compliance and internal reference needs.
- Social media activity across multiple accounts and platforms, with search ability, filtering, and export features to support reporting, legal requests, and transparency.
- Cloud-based social media archiving system that meets the following minimum specifications:
1. Automated archiving
•    Real-time or near-real-time capture of all content posted on city-owned social media pages 
•    Capture of public-facing content (posts, comments, replies, likes and reactions, shares, retweets) 
•    Capture of edited or deleted content with version history
•    Metadata retention (timestamps, user ids, profile URLs, etc.)
2. Platform coverage
•    Facebook (including comments, reactions, edits, deletions, DMS)
•    Instagram (posts, stories, comments, edits, deletions)
•    X (formerly twitter)
•    LinkedIn
•    YouTube (comments, metadata)
•    Next-door
•    Threads (if supported)
•    Tiktok (if supported)
3. Search, filter, and export
•    Powerful search tools to locate records by date, keyword, user, or platform
•    Filters to drill down by department or account
•    Export capabilities to pdf, excel, or json for public information requests
4. Compliance and security
•    Meets act and federal standards
•    Comply with applicable records retention schedules
•    Encrypted data storage and role-based access control
5. User access and reporting
•    Minimum of two admin-level user logins
•    Dashboard or portal with activity logs
•    Reporting features (monthly summaries, activity volume, flagged content)
6. Support and maintenance
•    Customer support based in the country
•    The system should maintain an uptime of at least 99.9%
•    Training and onboarding sessions included
•    Optional audit trails for public record requests.
