• Metadata retention (timestamps, user ids, profile URLs, etc.)

• Threads (if supported)

3. Search, filter, and export
• Powerful search tools to locate records by date, keyword, user, or platform
• Filters to drill down by department or account
• Export capabilities to pdf, excel, or json for public information requests
4. Compliance and security
• Meets act and federal standards
• Comply with applicable records retention schedules
• Encrypted data storage and role-based access control
5. User access and reporting
• Minimum of two admin-level user logins
• Dashboard or portal with activity logs
• Reporting features (monthly summaries, activity volume, flagged content)
6. Support and maintenance
• Customer support based in the country
• The system should maintain an uptime of at least 99.9%
• Training and onboarding sessions included
• Optional audit trails for public record requests.
