The Vendor is required to provide develop and execute multiple comprehensive strategic social and digital media communications plans (“Social and Digital Media Plans”) for agency projects and/or initiatives, as needed.
- The Social and Digital Media Plans must include, but not be limited to:
• A strategic forward-facing social and digital media engagement plan based on agency stated goals and needs annually for each project.
- Services include:
• Collaboration with agency, shall provide consistent and frequent social media management.
• Develop content and support content writing across various social channels.
• Oversee the creation and execution of a data-driven social content calendar.
• Provide graphic/creative content suitable for use based on project needs.
• Related to paid media, digital or social media efforts.
• Provide social and digital media monitoring, which shall include demographics analysis and robust analytics reporting.
• Metric-driven goals for each campaign and provide bi-weekly, monthly, or end-of-project dashboards as applicable, competitive benchmark reports, and quarterly competitive analysis of social media landscape as it pertains to each project.
• Develop a multi-faceted digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall agency marketing brand style guide, as well as goals, strategies or needs proposed by the contractor or set forth by agency.
• Design, format and disseminate digital marketing collateral including, but not limited to newsletters, e-blasts, event promotions and email campaigns.
• The capability to develop, edit and produce video, including storyboard concepting, pre/post-production and editing solutions in a fast-moving environment.
• Provide web development, design and web content management solutions, including mobile website development and be readily available for updates or changes.
• Provide search engine marketing strategies and search engine optimization capabilities.
• Possess mixed digital/online/social media planning and buying capabilities; trafficking and results reports.
• The ability to creatively conceptualize, storyboard and design marketing and web content and oversee the creation of a digital content calendar.
• Produce compelling content and have the capability to edit short vignettes and create infographics.
• Leverage agency strategic partnerships to maximize shared opportunities.
• Provide digital marketing analytics which could include, but is not limited to, google analytics, email marketing campaigns, and/or CRM platforms, and deliver recommendations to monitor, measure and optimize efforts.
• Develop, define and refine measurement tools/methods via programming efforts.
- Influencer Engagement
• Establish and manage a scalable influencer engagement program to expand agency digital reach and visibility across target demographics. This includes both micro and macro-influencers across relevant verticals (sports, culinary, culture, tourism, etc.).
• Provide illustrations of prior campaigns with domestic and international influencers..
• Maintain a vetted and diverse national and international influencer database, with demonstrable past performance, engagement metrics, and brand alignment.
• Identify and recommend influencers for each campaign based on agency goals, target audience, and cultural relevance.
• Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and content rights with selected influencers and manage all execution logistics, including timelines, approvals, and analytics reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all federal trade commission guidelines for sponsored content and disclosures.
• Provide monthly influencer campaign reports that include audience reach, impressions, engagement metrics, and ROI benchmarks.
• Develop creative campaigns that integrate influencer content into agency broader social and digital media strategy (e.g., cross-posting, featured highlights, influencer takeovers).
• Prioritize partnerships with local influencers who have proven community trust and relevance within the area.
• Ensure influencer representation reflects the diversity, equity, and inclusion standards of agency and the audiences served.
- Provide a project team that consists of a Graphic or Creative Designer, Video Editing or Production Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, Social Media Specialist and Data Analyst.
