• Rebuild the real-time online chat application that supports seamless communication in both english and Spanish.
• Users will be able to select their preferred language upon entry, with the interface automatically displaying all menus, buttons, and system messages in their chosen language.
• The chat will include core features such as instant messaging, user presence indicators, typing notifications, and message history.
• An optional automatic translation feature may be integrated to enable cross-language conversations between english and Spanish speakers.
• The deliverable will be a fully functional, responsive chat platform accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices, with basic moderation tools and user management capabilities.
• Rebuild the AI-powered voice agent capable of understanding and responding to users in both english and Spanish through natural speech interaction.
• The system will utilize speech recognition technology to accurately transcribe user voice input, process the intent in the detected language, and generate appropriate spoken responses.
• Core functionality will include automatic language detection, context-aware conversation management, and the ability to switch between languages seamlessly during a single conversation.

• This includes but is not limited to social media ads, display ads, search engine ads, printed graphics, email graphics, t-shirts, billboards, bus stop signage, radio ads including VO, third-party ads, and website updates.
• The ads will be created in respective formats, and all digital ads will have at least three versions with eight sizes per version.
• Includes monthly calls with stop HIV team.
• Neighborhood union digital marketing.
• Design all creative for the neighborhood union campaign.
• This includes but is not limited to social media ads, display ads, search engine ads, printed graphics, email graphics, t-shirts, billboards, bus stop signage, radio ads including VO, third-party ads, and website updates.
• The ads will be created in respective formats and all digital ads will have at least three versions with eight sizes per version.
• Includes monthly calls with the neighborhood union team.
• One press release highlighting any of the stop HIV ATL programs to local, state, and national media.
• Includes the writing and distribution of the releases on the wire services.
