- Perform a comprehensive audit of all official University social media accounts across colleges, departments, and programs.
- The audit includes completing an account inventory, evaluating performance metrics, assessing staff effort allocation, reviewing brand and content alignment, and identifying any duplication of effort.
- Provide data and analysis to support the development of actionable recommendations for optimizing resources and enhancing strategic communication.
- Goal is to obtain:
• A comprehensive inventory of University-affiliated social media accounts
• An evaluation of engagement metrics, staffing hours, and content reach per channel
• Identification of duplicative or under-performing accounts.
