The Vendor is required to provide to develop, produce, and manage a social media reels campaign in support of its children’s 1st program and the moment of spark initiative.
- This campaign is intended to increase public awareness, engagement, and understanding of early autism identification, education, and available resources for children and families in counties.
- Responsible for the creation, delivery, and management of four (4) social media reels, as well as the development and execution of a paid advertising campaign to support the Program.
- Campaign Objectives
• Strengthen the visibility and recognition of the Children’s 1st Program;
• Improve engagement with the program’s target audiences, including parents, caregivers, and community stakeholders; and
• Increase public awareness of early signs of autism, available education and support resources
- Social Media Reels Creation
1. Content:
• Four (4) reels: Two (2) in English and two (2) in Spanish.
• The two (2) English reels will feature diverse demographics.
• The two (2) Spanish reels will feature Hispanic individuals, with captions in Spanish.
2. Format:
• Vertical orientation (optimized for Meta platforms).
• Approximately 30 seconds per reel.
• All reels will include captions for accessibility and clarity. Voiceovers will not be used.
3. Customization:
• Reels will align with the program’s branding and messaging.
- Ad Campaign Setup and Execution
• Ad Schedule: The campaign will run from February 10, 2026, through March 31, 2026.
• Audience Targeting: Collaborate with agency to define and refine target audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
• Location Specifications: Identify and set geographic parameters to focus the campaign on the most relevant areas (Counties or specific zip codes).
- Monitoring and Reporting
• Monitor the ads while they are running to ensure smooth performance.
• Provide a detailed report at the end of the campaign summarizing results, including metrics such as clicks, impressions, and engagement.
