Social Media Threat Intelligence Software

The Vendor is required to provide a platform to help intelligence analysts identify and track criminal and national security threats, monitor key intelligence topics across a broad range of social media and web sources, and automate the collection of targeted public facing social media content.
- The platform shall support analyst-driven research and analysis of persons of interest using publicly available, open-source information, including the ability to aggregate related content from multiple sources over time with full source attribution and auditability.
- The platform shall not conduct surveillance of private communications or non-public data and shall only collect content that is publicly accessible in accordance with applicable laws and platform terms of service.
- Services include:
•    Web based social media aggregation and threat detection tool.
•    Automated ability to collect and collate public facing social media postings of targeted criminal actors. Provide automated alerts of tracked subjects.
o    Provide a professional exportable document on targeted subjects that can be provided to law enforcement requester.
•    Modular to allow user specified search strings and filtering based on keyword, location, source etc.
•    Capability to recognize text embedded in images.
•    Capability to recognize objects and concepts in images that may present a threat or object of interest.
•    Must be capable of providing automated algorithms on broad topics that can be harvested for threat information.
•    Ability to scan and leverage multiple social media and open-source outlets.
•    Licenses for two accounts/users; one static administrator account, one that can be transferred easily amongst staff members currently dedicated to maintain/monitoring the platform.
